Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks have been part of AEW since the very beginning and competed in all sorts of matches since 2019. Omega had the match of his life against Jon Moxley on Dynamite this week but was betrayed by Don Callis in the process. Now fans got to see what happened with The Elite after Dynamite went off the air.
As seen in the main event of AEW Dynamite this week, Kenny Omega took on Jon Moxley in a steel cage match. It was a very bloody and brutal match, as both competitors pushed each other to the limit.
The final moments of the match came when Don Callis betrayed Kenny Omega, allowing Jon Moxley to pick up the win. Naturally, this betrayal came as a huge shock to everyone in attendance.
After AEW Dynamite went off the air, The Young Bucks came out to help Kenny Omega. The Bucks previously came out during the match to help thwart The Blackpool Combat Club’s interference.
The Young Bucks helped Kenny Omega get up and the three made their way out to the back while fans in attendance looked on, still being in disbelief over what transpired at the end of the show. We will have to wait and see how AEW will book The Elite after Don Callis’ betrayal.
