Sofia Cromwell made her debut as a member of WWE’s new talent initiative, starting off in the NXT brand before being promoted to the main roster. She was repackaged as Maxxine Dupri, and quickly gained attention from fans. Dupri has now made it clear that she is ready to make her in-ring debut.
Cromwell made her debut on SmackDown back in July 2022 as Maxxine Dupri, Max Dupri’s storyline sister. Then Max Dupri decided to partner up with his sister in the stable. However, that was short-lived after Max left the group and returned to being LA Knight.
Being part of the Maximum Male Models, Maxxine Dupri has yet to actually compete inside the squared circle. That said, fans might just get to see her compete in the ring soon enough.
While speaking with WWE Die Woche, Maxxine Dupri was asked when she will have a match. Dupri revealed that she is prepared to compete in a match but is just waiting for the right time.
“I knew that was coming (question about when she’ll have a match). Let’s just say that I am prepared and I will dominate if I have to. But I’m not gonna get my fingernails dirty on someone who’s not worth it. So, when it is time, that’s gonna happen.
I’m prepared. That’s what I’m gonna say. You gotta just stay tuned in but just know that if someone crosses me incorrectly, I’m prepared.”
Maxxine and the Maximum Male Models are currently feuding with the Alpha Academy, as Maxxine Dupri is currently busy trying to recruit Otis into the stable. We’ll have to see when Dupri will finally make her in-ring debut in WWE.
