Don Callis Turns On Kenny Omega During AEW Dynamite

Don Callis and Kenny Omega were a great pair on AEW television, but that didn’t last forever. Callis is now a true heel, and he proved that in a big way during the big cage match that capped off AEW Dynamite this week.

During the closing moments of the match this week. Don Callis grabbed a screwdriver, and he stabbed Kenny Omega with the tool. This was a big shocking moment for the Detroit crowd.

Jon Moxley was able to win the match with this big turn. Bryan Danielson was also on the commentary table, and he laughed it up as Kenny Omega bled in the ring.

They made a point on commentary to talk about how Kenny Omega once considered Don Callis his family. Then Callis stabbed Omega again before whispering something him.

We will have to see what’s next for AEW at this point, but Don Callis turning on Kenny Omega was certainly an unexpected moment this week.
