Brian Kendrick landed in hot water as comments about Holocaust denial resurfaced. This caused his cancellation for a bit, but it seems that he is turning things around.

PW Insider reports that Brian Kendrick was at WWE Backlash as a producer. He was trying out for that role and assisted Jamie Noble in producing the San Juan street fight with Bad Bunny and Damian Priest.

Former WWE star Brian Kendrick worked as a Producer at Backlash last night, several months after he had a tryout as a Producer at the Survivor Series.  Kendrick worked alongside Jamie Noble to produce the San Juan Street Fight last night.

We will have to see if WWE decides to keep Brian Kendrick around. He has a controversial past, but he has also come forward to admit how wrong he was about making the statements that cost him a job with AEW.

The Bad Bunny vs Damian Priest match stole the show for fans at WWE Backlash. That response didn’t really die down the entire night, as Puerto Rican fans made the most out of this rare outing for WWE on their island.
