Carlito Could Make More Appearances After WWE Backlash

Carlito made his shocking return during the 2021 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. It was his first appearance inside a WWE ring in over a decade, but he disappeared again shortly after that. After a long time, Carlito finally returned during WWE Backlash and now it appears it might not be the last time fans get to see Carlito again.

Carlito was released by WWE back in 2010, and he was largely seen as a Superstar who could not live up to expectations. This came after a nice run with the company, one where Carlito’s coolness was on full display.

WWE even nixed plans for Carlito’s return in the past. That said, he returned during Bad Bunny and Damian Priest’s San Juan Street Fight. While he was not there long, fans were still happy to see him.

For a long time, Carlito had not expressed an interest in returning to WWE for any kind of long-term role. According to a report by Boozer 666, who has consistently nailed reports in the past, it was stated that Carlito might accept a WWE contract this time around and appear on WWE television.

He just might accept it this time.
Carlito been offered a lot of times a contract the saw him with some TV time and stories + coaching. He kept declining all the time. But i guess its time he knows whats right for him. He can be useful 🙏🏼

We will have to wait and see whether Carlito will return for a more substantial role in WWE. After all, fans were simply elated to see the pro wrestling veteran return at Backlash.
