Chris Jericho is a true veteran in pro wrestling, who has accomplished a lot in his time in the industry. Jericho is loyal to every pro wrestling company he has been a part of and that especially includes AEW right now. It appears that Jericho decided to clown a hater who claimed that All In would struggle to sell tickets.
AEW will be holding the next All In event at Wembley Stadium this year, which will have a capacity of 90,000. This announcement made quite a few people believe there was no way the company could ever hope to sell a lot of tickets for the event, let alone sell out.
Everyone who doubted AEW’s ability to sell tickets was in for a rude awakening as AEW All In ended up selling over 35,000 tickets in the presale. This was seen as a huge win for the company and many AEW stars used this as ammo against haters.
Chris Jericho took to Twitter and replied to an old tweet by a hater who claimed that AEW would struggle to sell 11k tickets out of a possible 90k for All In. Jericho made it clear that the hater’s tweet did not age well and added his signature profane language for extra effect.
Got it bookmarked…in the “tweets that didn’t age well” category. And by the way Big Belly, go f*** your ass. 🤩
Even MJF made sure to hit back at those who claimed the majority of AEW All In’s ticket sales are sold to scalpers. AEW All In London will be a big show at Wembley Stadium and they will definitely pull out all the stops to make it as memorable as possible. We’ll have to see how the show will perform on August 27th.
What’s your take on what Chris Jericho said? Do you believe AEW All In will become a sellout? Sound off in the comments!
