The WWE Draft took several important talents from NXT, and that includes every single woman’s champion. Indi Hartwell closed out the show, while walking on crutches, and she had something to say.

This was a big week on NXT, including an unmasking. The big news didn’t stop coming throughout the night, and we also saw a debut.

Indi Hartwell made her way to the ring during the final segment of WWE NXT this week. She walked out to the ring on crutches, but she was still NXT Women’s Champion, for now.

The NXT crowd gave Indi Hartwell some “you deserve it” chants before she started her promo. She gave credit to Bayley, Charlotte Flair, and Asuka for helping build the NXT Women’s Title, and then she admitted that nobody thought she would ever make it “until I tound The Way.”

Then Indi Hartwell said that she won’t get the chance to be a fighting champion in NXT, because she was drafted to Monday Night RAW. Since her new home is RAW, she had to relinquish the title. There will be a new tournament to crown a new NXT Women’s Champion with the final going down at Battleground.

Before Indi Hartwell left, Dexter Lumis slid out from under the ring, and he gave her a thumbs up. Then Dexter carried Indi to the back while she gave a big thumbs up.

There is a report going around that WWE could reunite The Way on RAW. After all, Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Indi Hartwell, and Dexter Lumis are all on the red brand together.

What’s your take on Indi Hartwell’s future? Were you surprised by her WWE main roster call-up? Sound off in the comments!
