Ringside News asked around about the new WWE World Heavyweight Tile, and how long it has been in the works. We were told that, “the new world title has been on Triple H’s agenda for a long time.”

Triple H planned this new World Heavyweight Title belt far before WrestleMania. The plan was always for Roman Reigns to walk out of SoFi Stadium as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. Click here for a huge possible spoiler on WWE’s plan for their new World Heavyweight Championship title.

We’ve been hearing rumblings for months now that a new title belt is on the way for WWE. At first, the rumor was that new black Undisputed Tag Team Titles were coming, but it seems that WWE never pulled the trigger on that idea. We are getting a new World Heavyweight Championship, and that champion will be crowned in Saudi Arabia.

At this time, we do not know how WWE will crown a new World Heavyweight Champion, or who will be in that match. We could see a tournament start up soon enough, but the WWE Draft will have a lot to do with which brand’s Superstars get to battle for the gold.

What’s your take on WWE’s new World Heavyweight Title belt? Did WWE need to split up Roman Reigns’ titles? Sound off in the comments!
