Bianca Belair has set her sights on a championship reign similar to that of Roman Reigns.
Reigns has been the Universal Champion since 2020 and is set to make history on May 27th by becoming only the fifth man to hold a WWE world title for 1000 days. This has led many wrestlers to aspire to achieve the same kind of championship reign.
Belair, who recently surpassed a full calendar year as the RAW Women’s Champion, spoke with Ad Free Shows about her ambitions to become a long-reigning champion like Reigns. She expressed her desire to break Reigns’ record and have a reign that is just as long as his.
In addition to holding onto her title for another year, Belair has her sights set on headlining next year’s WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia. She is determined to go all out and make it happen.
“I just became the longest-reigning Black champion in WWE. Look at Roman Reigns. I want to go for it all. I want to have a reign like Roman Reigns and break his record, you know? I want to be champion next year.”
Belair’s determination and drive have been evident throughout her career in WWE. She has quickly become one of the top stars in the company and has won over fans with her athleticism, charisma, and positivity. Her desire to achieve a championship reign like Reigns’ is a testament to her ambition and determination to be the best.
Belair’s next challenge as RAW Women’s Champion will be against IYO SKY at WWE Backlash in San Juan, Puerto Rico on May 6th. Fans will be watching closely to see if Belair can continue her reign as champion and achieve her goal of headlining next year’s WrestleMania.
