WWE RAW Preview & Spoilers (4/24): Big Names Absent, Bad Bunny Returns, Backlash Build

Tonight’s episode of WWE RAW will be live from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, as the road to Backlash continues. The show will feature the return of Bad Bunny to address The Judgment Day, while Damian Priest will take on 2023 WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio in singles action.

There have been rumors that Mysterio, Bunny, and Santos Escobar would face Priest, Dominik Mysterio, and Finn Balor at Backlash, but a recent report stated that the match will be Mysterio and Bunny vs. Priest and Mysterio.

Apart from Bad Bunny’s appearance and Priest vs. Mysterio, no other matches or segments have been confirmed for tonight’s show. WWE will also build up to the other Backlash matches, specifically Omos vs. Seth Rollins, which was announced during Friday’s SmackDown but has had no build yet.

Tonight’s RAW will be the final show before next Monday’s WWE Draft edition of the show. The Draft will kick off on Friday’s SmackDown. Superstars advertised for tonight’s show include Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, WWE United States Champion Austin Theory, and RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair.

However, Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, and Brock Lesnar are not expected to appear on tonight’s show.
