Why Charlotte Flair Won’t Be On WWE SmackDown This Week

Charlotte Flair competed at WrestleMania, but then she took some time off television. That match against Rhea Ripley won’t be her last, but The Queen is taking a break, and she is apparently traveling a bit as well

Charlotte Flair and her husband Andrade El Idolo are really enjoying their time during her WWE hiatus. That being said, they aren’t just sitting around the house. Flair was reportedly working hard on a fitness competition, and they are also raking up some serious frequent flyer miles.

PW Insider reports that Charlotte Flair won’t be around SmackDown again this week. It was noted that Flair and Andrade are planning some international travel as well.

Charlotte Flair is not scheduled for tonight’s Friday Night Smackdown.  We are told she and her husband Andrade el Idolo are now planning to travel internationally after she informed WWE she was taking time off during Wrestlemania 39 weekend.  They had been in Hawaii for some time after Mania in Los Angeles.

Charlotte Flair is on WWE’s current advertisements for SummerSlam, so it’s very likely that she will be back by the time the company takes over Ford Field. Hopefully, The Queen is able to rest up and get some serious recovery time in as she prepares for her grand comeback.

Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair also share one win each at WrestleMania. Only time will tell if they ever meet again on the grandest stage of them all to have a tie-breaker match.
