WWE has been undergoing a ton of changes since Triple H took over as head of WWE Creative last year. This has largely been the case for the company’s Premium Live Events. as each of them has managed to break records. Now it appears that the upcoming WWE Backlash event is completely sold out.
The company will be heading outside the United States for the WWE Backlash premium live event. Taking place in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the event is set to have Bad Bunny as the host.
This will be the first WWE Premium Live Event to take place in Puerto Rico since New Year’s Revolution in January 2005. It will be held at Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot on May 6th and fans are definitely excited for the event.
According to WrestleTix on Twitter, the upcoming WWE Backlash Premium Live Event is completely sold out, joining a couple of international shows as well as episodes of RAW and Smackdown. It was previously noted that the show is set up for a capacity of 17,390.

WWE has already announced two big matches for the event, as Cody Rhodes will take on Brock Lesnar in a highly anticipated match. The other match will see Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens, and Matt Riddle face off against The Usos and Solo Sikoa. We’ll have to see what other matches the company will add to the event as WWE’s momentum is clearly at an all-time high.
