Rhea Ripley Hints She Could Convince Buddy Matthews To Make WWE Return

Rhea Ripley has accomplished a lot during her time in WWE, being a multi-time champion in every brand she has been a part of. She is also currently dating AEW star Buddy Matthews and now it appears Ripley hinted that she could convince Matthews to make his WWE return.

Buddy Matthews, fka Buddy Murphy in WWE, has been in a real-life relationship with Ripley for several months. The two have often shown each other a lot of love and support on social media, despite working in different companies.

Buddy Matthews won the NXT Tag Team Title, the RAW Tag Team Championship, and the Cruiserweight Title during his time in WWE. He eventually made his way to AEW, where Matthews is currently part of The House Of Black.

While speaking with Gery Roif, Rhea Ripley talked about possibly bringing her partner Buddy Matthews back to WWE. Ripley hinted that she could convince Matthews to make his WWE return.

“Ohh, Maybe, maybe. I don’t know. So, I’m very convincing. I’m a very convincing girl, you know. I normally get what I want. So, it might happen, you never know. But right now I’m happy with my DomDom. I’m happy going out there with him and Finn and Damian and I mean, you never know what the future holds. It might happen.”

Rhea Ripley is currently happy as the Smackdown Women’s Champion and is a solid addition to The Judgment Day stable. That said, we certainly wonder whether Ripley could convince Matthes to return to WWE eventually.
