Ric Flair Deletes ‘Offensive’ Photo of Steve ‘Mongo’ McMichael at Hospital After Online Backlash

WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair is one of the biggest names in the pro wrestling world. While he has certainly accomplished a lot in the business, he is also one of the most controversial names in the industry. Someway or the other, Flair manages to make headlines for all the wrong reasons.

As fans know by now Steve “Mongo” McMichael is simply not doing well. The legend is suffering from ALS, and his condition is only getting worse by the day. Fans all over the world continue to worry about his well-being.

Ric Flair recently paid a visit to Steve McMichael, where he stated that his “friend” Mongo was stronger than anyone. While the caption was positive in nature, the photo he uploaded was simply tasteless in nature.

The picture showed Mongo in a hospital bed in his home, with multiple tubes attached to him. Next to him, Ric Flair was all smiles. Unsurprisingly, this led to a lot of backlash from fans on social media and he even ended up deleting the photo.

The photo was certainly tasteless in nature and it is not known what went through Ric Flair’s mind when he posted it. Regardless, we will continue to pray for Mongo’s recovery and hope for the best.
