Shinsuke Nakamura was a huge star in NJPW before he decided to make his way to WWE. 7 years after his debut, fans feel Nakamura just has not been booked as well as he should have been. Regardless, Nakamura just came back on Smackdown this week after a long hiatus and has now reacted to his return.

Shinsuke Nakamura had not competed in a pro wrestling ring since defeating The Great Muta at the NOAH The New Year show on January 1st this year. Obviously, fans just wanted to see the Japanese Superstar back.

After weeks of anticipation, Shinsuke Nakamura finally returned to Friday Night Smackdown this week. He squared off against Madcap Moss and made short work of him.

After the conclusion of the match, Madcap Moss tried to attack Shinsuke Nakamura but got hit with an armbar instead. After the show concluded, Nakamura spoke in a WWE Digital Exlcuisve Exclusive, revealing that he aims to go after the World Title.

‘I’m glad to be back. I’ve been to Japan, so I had a great victory against Great Muta. That was a historic [match]. Then I recharged, I rebooted.

I need some meat. I need a great opponent. Also, I aim for [the] world title.”

We will have to wait and see whether WWE will have anything significant planned for Shinsuke Nakamura, as fans feel the Japanese Superstar deserves a proper run with the World Title.
