Jeff Hardy Still Recovering After Surgery Despite AEW Return

Jeff Hardy shocked the pro wrestling world when he re-appeared on AEW Dynamite this week. The Hardy Boyz are now back together, and it was a great reunion on television. It turns out that Jeff still isn’t 100% from a recent surgery, but he still carried on.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Jeff Hardy took to the ring and performed some of his signature moves while he was still recovering from a recent surgery. As we previously reported, Hardy had eye surgery and was still recovering.

We’re told that Jeff Hardy is still physically recovering from a recent surgery, and there are some alternate plans over the next few weeks that don’t involve him wrestling.

Matt Hardy actually commented on his brother’s eye surgery, saying that he hopes that Jeff will make it back once he recovers. It turns out that Jeff Hardy couldn’t wait that long, because he made that big return at AEW Dynamite this week.

Only time will tell what’s next for Jeff Hardy. Hopefully, he never has another DUI again, but the fact that isn’t legally allowed to drive for a decade will probably help keep him out from behind the wheel.
