Vice TV’s Dark Side of the Ring presents pro wrestling in a way that fans never thought would be possible before. This is going to continue as the network has confirmed season 4. While we don’t know all the subjects that will be covered, there are enough to pique our attention.
Vice has announced that Dark Side of the Ring is returning for its fourth season this May. Fans of the show have been waiting for the announcement of its return. Now, they can look forward to a new season full of fascinating stories and revelations from the world of professional wrestling. Variety was first to report this news, and they wrote the following:
‘Dark Side of the Ring’ is narrated by wrestling legend Chris Jericho. The official description of the fourth season states that it will ‘explore stories like the emotional rollercoaster of one of wrestling’s most captivating and controversial couples, Chris Candido and Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch, the car accident that derailed the career of future World Champion Magnum T.A., wrestling’s most unhinged monster, Abdullah the Butcher, a focused look on the troubled life of Marty Jannetty, Shawn Michaels’ former tag team partner, and much more.’
The fourth season of Dark Side of the Ring will feature 10 episodes, each delving into the life and career of a different wrestling icon. They have some big stories to tell this season.
Among the subjects that will be covered in the upcoming season are Chris Candido & Sunny, Magnum TA, Abdullah the Butcher, and Marty Jannetty. These wrestlers all have unique stories that have helped shape the world of professional wrestling, and fans can expect to learn more about their lives both in and out of the ring.
The first episode of the season is set to premiere on Tuesday, May 30th at 10 PM Eastern time. We’re not certain exactly which episode they will lead with, but there are going to be some bangers this season.
