Britt Baker was AEW’s first female talent signing, handpicked by Brandi Rhodes. AEW’s resident dentist is not shy about speaking her mind either, and that also captured her a spot on AEW’s new All Access reality television show. That being said, she still doesn’t have the best winning record in the company.
AEW opened their doors and touted how win/loss records would matter. While they are still displayed and some fans pay attention to that, the weekly rankings are now a thing of the past. That being said, it doesn’t matter to some AEW stars who’s on the rankings, because they will show up to work just like always.
Britt Baker saw a list of the current top 10 women’s rankings in AEW. She was a bit upset to discover that she didn’t make the cut.
Wait so you’re saying I’m not even top 10 in wins?
Britt Baker doesn’t need a title in order to be popular in AEW. Fans gravitated around her, especially in Pittsburgh, and her character is well-established. That being said, they could still throw her a few more wins so she breaks that top 10 list.
Britt Baker could very well have another title run in her, but she’s having fun alongside Jamie Hayter for now. As AEW Women’s World Champion, Hayter might find herself battling Baker soon enough for that title if Tony Khan wants to go that direction.
