Mercedes Mone Promises to Bring Snoop Dogg to Tokyo Dome When She Main Events

Mercedes Mone made headlines last year when she walked out on Monday Night RAW along with Naomi. She ended up leaving WWE for good and joined NJPW earlier this year. For those who know, Mercedes Mone is Snoop Dogg’s cousin and even appeared together on WWE television. It seems Mone promised Snoop Dogg’s appearance at the Tokyo Dome in the future.

The two have a close relationship that has been showcased in the wrestling world before, as Snoop Dogg is a WWE Hall of Famer who has appeared alongside Mone and even inspired her “Legit Boss” character.

Mercedes Mone won the IWGP Women’s Championship back in February after defeating KAIRI and became a big deal almost immediately. She would then go on to defend her title a couple more times and impressed fans along the way.

While speaking to Tokyo Sports, Mercedes Mone talked about her future in Japan. The IWGP Women’s Champion stated that she will definitely bring her cousin Snoop Dogg to the Tokyo Dome, if Mone competes in the main event.

“When the day comes that I’m in the main event of the Tokyo Dome, I promise you Snoop Dogg will be there. I’ll definitely call him. If he sings for my entrance, I can make my dream come true.”

Snoop Dogg has already sung during Mercedes Mone’s entrance at WrestleMania 32 in 2016. Regardless, we will have to wait and see whether Snoop Dogg will accompany his cousin in the future.
