Ring of Honor’s Supercard of Honor event was a success, drawing a crowd of 4,500 fans with 4,200 of them being paid attendees at the event held in Los Angeles, California on March 31, 2023.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Supercard of Honor III now ranks as the third-largest audience in the history of ROH. The top event remains the ROH/NJPW G1 Supercard held at Madison Square Garden, followed by Supercard of Honor XII in New Orleans.
Supercard of Honor was a successful event for ROH and it bodes well for the promotion as they continue to build momentum to establish themselves as a major player in the world of professional wrestling.
Speaking of ROH, Tony Khan has recently shared an update on the subscriber count for ROH HonorClub, the subscription service that airs Ring of Honor’s weekly TV shows.
While speaking during a recent ROH media call, the AEW and ROH boss revealed that the service currently has “about 15,000 subscribers.” This is the highest number in the service’s history. The service has managed to rebuild these numbers from zero after voiding old subscriptions. This number has increased from 12,000 following AEW Revolution.
With the growing popularity of both AEW and ROH, it will be interesting to see how the subscriber count for HonorClub continues to evolve in the coming months.
