Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes are set to do battle in the main event of WrestleMania Sunday. Their match took a long time to get to, and Rhodes had to recover for months from a pectoral injury in between, but it is finally happening. The company is also going to let them go all out for their match.

Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that WWE is going to give the Undisputed WWE Universal Title match a lot of time on the card. An exact time wasn’t noted, but it will get the most time on the show.

Not surprisingly, Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns is slated for the most time of anything on WrestleMania this weekend.

It was also noted that, “Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman are both listed as accompanying Roman Reigns tonight.” Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman were both strangely absent from The Usos’ main event loss against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn on WrestleMania Saturday.

Roman Reigns ran roughshod over the WWE roster for almost two years now. The Tribal Chief might have met his match with Cody Rhodes, and they will get quite a lot of time for the American Nightmare to finish his story.

WWE is going to be sold, and the buyer will most likely be UFC’s parent company, Endeavor. They will form a new publicly traded company, and it’s anyone’s guess how it will change things for everyone. It will also be interesting to see who the top champion of the company is when that sale goes down.

What’s your take on this plan for WrestleMania? Do you think Cody Rhodes will beat Roman Reigns? Sound off in the comments!
