WWE’s biggest show of the year is going down in SoFi Stadium this weekend. Some big names and surprises are expected, and now we have a big spoiler on someone who has been spotted in LA.
Randy Orton can be known as one of the most vicious and dangerous competitors in the history of WWE. The Viper has been competing for 20 years and has carved out an legendary career that makes him a shoo-in WWE Hall of Famer. Orton missed the majority of last year due to an injury, however, it has been reported that Randy is in LA.
Randy Orton and Matt Riddle lost the Raw Tag Team Championships to The Usos in a Winner Take All match in May 2022, on SmackDown. It was right after that Orton was absent from WWE television programming.
At first, it was thought Randy Orton would miss some time while recovering from a back injury. He had to have back fusion surgery, which resulted in a prolonged recovery time and his absence from the ring.
There have been speculations surrounding Randy Orton’s WWE status internally, and other hints that Orton is close to making a comeback. Moreover, the Viper recently contacted bootmaker Jose G Sanz about creating boots for his comeback, according to a social media post he made last month.
Last week, there were rumors that WWE would bring Orton in for the big weekend. Now, as per a report by PW Insider Elite, Randy Orton has arrived in Los Angeles for WrestleMania weekend.
Whether WWE intends to use Randy Orton at WrestleMania 39, will save his comeback until Monday’s Raw, or whether he’s just visiting his friends in the locker room is unknown at the moment. We will have to wait and see if the WWE Universe finally gets to see the return of the 14-time World Champion, something they have been longing for months since he went down with the injury.
Do you think Randy Orton will return at WrestleMania 39? Or will it be after the Show of Shows? Sound off in the comments!
