Logan Paul made a name for himself as a YouTube influencer and a professional boxer before venturing into the world of professional wrestling. He had a tremendous 2022, having solid matches against the likes of The Miz and then Roman Reigns. Logan Paul is also outspoken, and it seems he threatened WWE Superstars if they have a problem with him.
During a recent interview with Ariel Helwani on BT Sport, Logan Paul opened up about the treatment he has received from other WWE superstars backstage. The YouTuber-turned-combat sports star stated that he believes some wrestlers don’t respect him, but they don’t say it to his face.
The Maverick also made it clear that he values respect and will not hesitate to stand up for himself if anyone disrespects him.
Logan Paul went on to explain that he isn’t willing to entertain stars or veterans who might try to confront him about the business. He stated that if he gets tested backstage, he won’t play any games and will instead stand his ground.
“Yeah, I would say yeah, and if they don’t respect me they’re definitely not saying it to my face. I’m not a professional in that regard, like you got a problem with me and you wanna say something, I’m gonna f*** you up, I don’t give a f***. Like respect me as a man or get out of my face.
If I get tested backstage, it was like, ‘Hey, this is our sport, young man’. Like, get the f*** out of my face, I’m not playing these games. I just won’t but I think I’ve put in the work to earn respect.”
WWE has already confirmed that Logan Paul will do battle with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 39. We will have to wait and see how The Maverick will fare in his second-ever WrestleMania match. Keep checking back at Ringside News for more.
