Logan Paul made a name for himself as a YouTube influencer and a professional boxer before venturing into the world of professional wrestling. He had an amazing 2022, having solid matches against the likes of The Miz and then Roman Reigns. Logan Paul also claimed that his contract will explore soon. That being said, it seems he is confident WWE will renew his contract.
The Maverick also recently claimed that his WWE contract is up after WrestleMania 39. Obviously, this ended up shocking fans, as they might not be seeing Paul again for a long time.
While speaking to BT Sport’s Ariel Helwani, Logan Paul talked about his contractual status in WWE. Paul stated that he had signed with the company to work two WrestleMania shows and five events.
I was contracted for a year to do two WrestleManias and I think five events.
The YouTube sensation then went on to state that that conversations about a new deal have been brought up. However, the two sides have yet to finalize any kind of deal yet. Paul then stated that WWE would be silly not to renew his contract.
This was a topic my manager and I were talking about. My life moves so fast and I don’t know what my stock will be in a year.
It seems a little irresponsible to sign anything longer than a year-long contract. What’s going to happen in a year?
“Last year, at this time, I had no idea I was going to be an almost full-time wrestler as a staple of my career, and now I am.
Let’s be honest, they’re going to f*cking renew my contract. I mean, come on. It’d be silly not to.
WWE has already confirmed that Logan Paul will do battle with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 39. We will have to wait and see how The Maverick will fare in his second-ever WrestleMania match. Keep checking back at Ringside News for more.
