Cody Rhodes is currently one of the most prominent figures in the world of WWE. Following his impressive performance at WrestleMania 38, his popularity and status within the organization have continued to soar. While he is poised to beat Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39, some are uncertain about that fact.

In the main event of WrestleMania 39 Night Two, The American Nightmare is set to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. The match has received a ton of hype and buildup ahead of the event.

With WrestleMania 39 just around the corner, wrestling fans simply cannot wait for the event. Many fans just want Cody Rhodes to finish the story and dethrone Roman Reigns at the Showcase of the Immortals.

While speaking on his podcast, Grilling JR, Jim Ross talked about Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns. The WWE Hall Of Famer expressed his uncertainty over Cody Rhodes dethroning Roman Reigns at the Show of Shows.

It certainly seems like a good opportunity to [switch the title], but I’m not 100% sure that it will happen, and that’s kind of the magic of pro wrestling sometimes – when you can’t call the finish, you don’t know. I’m still on the fence on that deal.

It remains to be seen how WrestleMania 39 pays off for Cody Rhodes. He has the biggest match of his career ahead of him against Roman Reigns, and he is definitely not lacking in confidence ahead of the big match.
