Seth Rollins is one of the top WWE Superstars of current modern era. The Drip God is currently involved in an intense rivalry with Logan Paul. Rollins’ current character being eccentric, he has proven that he can be aggressive towards his opponents, and Logan Paul could learn the hard way. That being said, Seth Rollins is very used to the WWE grind at this point.
The schedule of a WWE Supertar is similar to that of a Rockstar, with wrestlers constantly on the road in the specific year. While the schedule is a lot lighter and better than previous years, it is still hectic and frustrating for some of them. For that reason, many superstars have moved on from being a WWE Superstar, thereby joining some other promotion.
During a recent interview with KTLA, Seth Rollins described the schedule as similar to that of a Circus Troupe. Rollins stated that various shows in different countries and constant travelling gives him a feeling that they are similar to the circus performers.
“Yes, I mean it’s 100% a circus. We are travelling 52 weeks a year, wrestling over 100 shows. We’re all live every Monday in a different town and we’re doing tours globally. We’ve got international pay-per-views coming up in Saudi Arabia, Puerto Rico. We’ve got one in London as well. So, I mean we are the circus. We’re one of the only big acts still doing it. It’s us and Cirque Du Soleil and that’s it,”
Others such as Daniel Bryan, Dustin Rhodes and many more have moved to AEW as the promotion provides a lighter schedule and wrestlers also get to spend time with the family. Top stars in the WWE such as Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar have turned themselves into part-time WWE Superstars now and perform much less often.
While Seth Rollins is a dad now, he doesn’t follow a part-timer schedule but makes sure that he takes his daddy duties seriously. The Former WWE Champion has stated that his daughter has inspired him to be safe in the ring and wants to not be in pain when he has the time to spend with her.
