WWE is a global juggernaut when it comes to having the most talent in a company as well as exposure beyond just professional wrestling. The company is always looking to sign great talent all the time. That said, it seems WWE decided against signing two former ROH Tag Team Champions.

During the December 6th, 2022 episode of NXT, Vincent & Dutch, known as The Righteous in Ring of Honor, were part of the crowd during that episode of the show.

It was added that they were also part of the WWE Performance Center tryouts. Vincent & Dutch are former ROH World Six Man Tag Team Champions. They won the titles at ROH Final Battle 2021, but lost them to Dalton Castle & The Boys at ROH Death Before Dishonor 2022.

Vincent went on to compete for IMPACT Wrestling in the Honor No More storyline after ROH went on hiatus and was eventually purchased by Tony Khan. Dutch has remained active on the indies.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was asked whether Vincent & Dutch ended up signing with WWE. Meltzer simply noted that WWE decided against signing them.

We will have to wait and see what will become of Vincent & Dutch in the end. Odds are, fans might still get to see them in WWE somewhere down the line.

What’s your take on this story? Did you want them to join WWE? Sound off in the comments!
