Chris Jericho is one of the longest-tenured and respected wrestling veterans in the business. His work in the industry for over 30 years has been remarkable and The Ucho is not looking to stop anytime soon. Moreover, Jericho rose to prominence in the mainstream for his stint in WWE, however, he has obviously moved on at this point.
While Chris Jericho is enjoying his run in AEW as the competition, WWE, is gearing up for their biggest show of the year, WrestleMania. The 39th edition of the show is set to take place this weekend at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
In preparation for the Showcase of the Immortals, WWE is continuously airing promotional content for their grandest show on all platforms. Moreover, a fan recently posted on Twitter about watching RAW on the Sony Liv OTT platform with the ‘WrestleMania is Jericho’ show advertisement popping up on his screen.
“Watching RAW on SonyLiv from India and look who’s here 👀 Relive the Y2J Classics🔥 @IAmJericho.”
However, the former WWE Intercontinental champion had an interesting reaction to the same. He took to Twitter to state that he only had one great match at WrestleMania, trolling his special tribute show in the process.
“Haha well kinda misleading. I only had one #Wrestlemania CLASSIC!!!”
While Chris Jericho claimed that he only had one spectacular match at WrestleMania, many others would disagree. The Wizard has put on instant classics at the Show of Shows against the likes of Shawn Michaels, Edge, and Kevin Owens. Stay tuned to Ringside News as we follow up on this story.
