AEW hired Jeff Jarrett to assist in live events after WWE released him. That move brought a fresh set of eyes into AEW, and years of experience. It seems that Double J’s workload is going to grow even more as we continue.

The Bet Las Vegas & The Sporting Tribune, Khan was asked if AEW is close to running 100 events a year. The AEW president confirmed that AEW is getting close to that number. Considering the fact that there are 365 days in a year, AEW is keeping their crew busy.

“We’re moving towards that number, certainly. There are 52 live Dynamites every week, we’re live on TBS, between those shows, the pay-per-views, the live Rampage specials, and now House Rules events, we’re moving closer and closer to that number.”

We also noted that Tony Khan flexed pretty hard on AEW fans being able to bet on matches. This is through their partnership with DraftKings.

AEW’s new House Rules schedule is certainly going to add a few dates to their schedule. It will be a very busy time for AEW talent in the upcoming months, as they have to adjust to making more than just Dynamite and Rampage tapings every week, which usually happens on the same night.

AEW’s first House Rules event was possibly a bought show. Tony Khan’s company made decent money, close to $100k on ticket sales alone. We will have to see what the future holds for AEW, but Tony Khan has no plan on stopping.

Should AEW pump the brakes a little bit? Are you down to go to every House Rules show you can? Sound off in the comments section to let us know what you think!
