Charlotte Flair’s many championship victories in WWE have sparked mixed reactions among fans, with some expressing concern that she may be overexposed. However, her remarkable talents in the ring are widely recognized and cannot be denied. That said, it seems Flair admitted that her character always had armor on.
Flair’s dominance will be put to the test at WrestleMania 39 when she defends her title against the fierce Rhea Ripley. Despite the upcoming challenge, Flair remains confident in her ability to come out on top and cement her place in wrestling history.
In a recent interview on Biography: WWE Legends, Flair opened up about the challenges of portraying her character, which she described as always having to put on armor. She explained that while her on-screen persona may appear strong and invincible, she is still a human being with the same vulnerabilities and insecurities as anyone else.
Ric Flair also expressed her excitement about being able to showcase a more vulnerable side of herself as she feuds with The Eradicator. This marks a departure from her usual character, but Flair believes that it is important to send the message that appearances can be deceiving, and that everyone is capable of experiencing emotional struggles.
“The Charlotte Flair character seems to always have armor on. I think it’s very important to send the message just because someone appears a certain way doesn’t mean they don’t have the same human problems and insecurities others have. I love that I’m getting to show a softer side of myself.”
Charlotte Flair also believes her match with Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39 should be the main event. We’ll have to wait and see how the match will turn out in April.
