KAIRI Sane was one of the best female pro wrestlers that WWE had at one point in time. She had a solid run in NXT, where she ended up winning the NXT Women’s Championship. She eventually parted ways with WWE and became a staple of NJPW and STARDOM. Not only that, but she also revealed why she left WWE after receiving an ambassador role.
KAIRI parted ways with WWE’s weekly television programs and moved back to Japan. She earned her degree while there and maintained an ambassador gig with WWE. Many believed her contract with WWE expired, and that was the case as her contract ran out last year.
KAIRI then made her way to STARDOM and has been a regular feature. She parted ways with WWE after a year of being the ambassador in the company.
While speaking on the Ten Count with Steve Fall, the former IWGP Women’s Champion revealed the reason why she returned to Japan after taking the WWE ambassador role. Ultimately, it came down to her getting married.
Hi, so you know she was actually in perfect condition, she was perfectly fine. But the reason she got back was because she got married.
KAIRI recently lost her IWGP Women’s title to Mercedes Mone at Battle in the Valley on February 18 and has not been seen in the ring ever since. As previously reported, KAIRI is now officially a free agent and is not tied down to any company. We’ll have to see what will become of KAIRI next.
Where do you think KAIRI would go next? Will she return to WWE?
