AEW held their House Rules event in Troy, Ohio last week and it was a huge success in many ways. It featured the stars such as Jon Moxley competing and even Pat Buck. Now it seems the merchandise sales numbers from the event have been revealed.

The event was marked by an incredible level of excitement and energy, with fans cheering and shouting as their favorite wrestlers put on a spectacular display of athleticism and showmanship.

Despite the incredible success of the event, it appears that AEW has targeted a fan video of one of the matches. Specifically, the match between Britt Baker and Anna Jay left something to be desired, and AEW decided to take down any footage of the match from the internet.

Regardless, the event ended up making just under $100K. Wrestlenomics filed a public records request to the City of Troy, Ohio for information about AEW’s first House Rules event. They posted their findings behind their paywall.

It was noted that the merchandise sold included talent-specific items for Jon Moxley, Britt Baker, and Orange Cassidy, along with AEW-branded merchandise.

It is interesting to note that the only talent-specific merchandise sold at the event were T-shirts for Moxley, Baker, and Cassidy, with only one design for each of them. The rest of the merchandise was AEW-branded, which included a range of items such as T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other accessories.

According to the sales report, a total of 82 T-shirts were sold for Jon Moxley, while 78 were sold for Orange Cassidy. For Britt Baker, 60 T-shirts were sold, indicating that she may not be as popular among fans as Moxley and Cassidy.

The majority of the merchandise sold at the event was AEW-branded, with a total of 498 items sold. This suggests that the brand itself is a major draw for fans and that they are keen to show their support for AEW through the purchase of branded merchandise.

As part of our request, we received a complete itemized breakdown of merchandise sales. The only talent-specific merchandise items that were sold at the event were T-shirts for Jon Moxley, Britt Baker, and Orange Cassidy, a single design T-shirt for each. The rest, based on the item descriptions, were AEW-branded merchandise items. AEW-branded items included T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other items. There were 82 shirts sold for Moxley, 78 sold for Orange Cassidy, 60 for Baker, and 498 AEW-branded items sold.

AEW is planning to continue their house show touring and they are planning to host even more events in the near future. Jeff Jarrett will be very busy with his new role and it is likely he is very happy with this outcome.
