Ric Flair is regarded as the greatest superstar to ever lace up his boots. He’s seen a lot go down in the pro wrestling world. However, Flair recently claimed that Vince McMahon won’t sell WWE as long as he’s alive.

Vince McMahon officially returned to WWE in January 2023, following a brief hiatus. Furthermore, McMahon’s prime reason to come back has been cited to pursue the sale of WWE sale.

Ric Flair and his “To Be The Man” co-host Conrad Thompson recently spoke about McMahon’s ongoing reintegration into WWE while discussing a prospective WWE sale. The WWE Hall of Famer offered his perspective on whether WWE will ever sell while McMahon is in control.

“I don’t think Vince McMahon as long as he’s alive will ever [sell], just my opinion,” Flair said. “I don’t know anything, I heard a number, I heard he may have priced it out the box, I don’t think he has any desire. I think he’ll live and die with it. If it’s what makes him happy, he’s certainly worked hard enough to be in any position he wants to be in. I don’t want somebody else feelings to get hurt but I take it Vince’s worked hard enough to do anything he wants to do in terms of management of the company.”

Ric Flair also acknowledged Vince McMahon as a positive for the company for a lot of reasons. This is interesting, because The Nature Boy is someone who has consistently stood up for the politically controversial WWE Chairman. The Nature Boy believes that whether it’s Triple H or Vince McMahon calling the shots, they are doing a splendid job.

There have been various global giants speculated to be in the race to purchase the global juggernaut. However, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been the front-runner considering their relations with WWE. We will have to wait and see what happens next regarding the sale of the company.
