Mickie James pulled herself back from the brink of retirement by defeating Jordynne Grace for in a title versus career match at IMPACT Wrestling’s Hard to Kill pay-per-view event on January 13, 2023. That being said, Mickie won’t be able to compete at IMPACT Sacrifice tomorrow night.

Mickie James was originally booked to defend the IMPACT Knockouts World Championship against Jordynne Grace at Sacrifice on Friday, March 24th, in Canada. Unfortunately, she has suffered an undisclosed injury and won’t be able to compete at the event.

Due to an injury, @MickieJames will be unable to compete at Sacrifice. We will give an update and address the Knockouts World Title situation tomorrow night at Sacrifice.

Mickie James wrestled on the March 23rd episode of IMPACT Wrestling. She teamed up with Tommy Dreamer against Bully Ray and Masha Slamovich in a mixed tag team match. Mickie and Dreamer failed to pick up the win against the heel team of Bully Ray and Masha Slamovich.

As of this writing, it is unclear when Mickie James will return to the squared circle. It remains to be seen how IMPACT Wrestling will address Mickie James’ absence from their upcoming PPV event. Join us as we wish Mickie James a speedy recovery.
