The Rock’s Daughter Ava Reacts To Her Upcoming WWE In-ring Debut

The Rock’s daughter Simone Johnson made history when she made her televised debut as WWE’s first fourth generation wrestler. Now, she’s set to compete in the first match of her pro wrestling career.

Simone Johnson, who goes by the name Ava, appeared on the latest edition of WWE NXT. The 21-year-old cut a promo on Chase U during the “Great Debate” segment on the white and gold brand this week.

Andre Chase challenged Joe Gacy and The Schism to a match at Stand & Deliver. Duke Hudson upped the stakes by proposing that the winner of the match will get the entire Chase University.

WWE announced during the show that The Schism (Joe Gacy, Ava, Jagger Reid, & Rip Fowler) will take on Chase U (Andre Chase, Duke Hudson, Thea Hail, & Tyler Bate) in an eight-person tag team match at Stand & Deliver.

The show will mark Ava’s official in-ring debut with the company. The young star took to Twitter to react to her looming in-ring debut. The young star posted a gif from the classic “31 Nights of Halloween” with the following caption:

There’s no denying that all eyes will be on Ava in her debut match at Stand & Deliver. It remains to be seen how the young star will fare in the huge tag team match-up. Stay tuned to Ringside News for more.
