Konnan Thinks Dominik Mysterio Should Go Over Against Rey Mysterio At WWE WrestleMania 39

Dominik Mysterio is using all the dirty tactics to convince his legendary father for a match at the upcoming WrestleMania 39 premium live event. Rey is adamant he won’t hit his own flesh and blood, but Dom insists his “deadbeat dad” is too weak and scared to fight him at the biggest show of the year.

The storyline is continuing to receive praise from fans and peers alike, with many calling Dom’s new character a breath of fresh air. The 25-year-old continues to show great conference every week, whether he’s on RAW or SmackDown, on the mic and inside the ring.

Ex-con Dom’s heel gimmick has won over Konnan as well, and the WCW icon strongly believes the son should go over against his soon-to-be Hall of Famer father at WrestleMania 39. Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm, Konnan explained why he’s picking Dom to win on the grandest stage of them all.

“I would put Dominik over, you know? Rey’s already over. Yeah, that would get mega heat.”
