FTR Is Still Saying Their AEW Deals Are Up Soon

FTR’s contract status with AEW is a very interesting discussion point, because many fans believe the Top Guys might be out. WWE changed a lot since their release, one that they wanted to go down, and they might like working under Triple H’s regime. That being said, they have a great deal with AEW.

Dax Harwood recently made it clear that WWE can offer FTR more money, but their schedule would be busier. AEW might not pay as much, but Dax and Cash are able to spend more time with their families. That being said, their deals are a topic of conversation once again.

Sean Sapp noted in a note behind Fightful’s paywall that FTR are still telling people “privately” that their deals are up soon. It was also noted that this was not “confirmed.”

FTR are still very much claiming privately in AEW that their deals are up soon, but we’ve not confirmed that whatsoever.

The former Revival has been able to keep fans interested in their contract status for years now, no matter which company they’re working for. This could be credited to their ability to connect with fans, and their match quality puts them on another level. Still, fans will see soon enough what FTR do in the next chapter of their careers.

FTR just returned to AEW, and they had a run-in with a promo to follow. Only time will tell how much time they have left in Tony Khan’s company!
