WWE has a lot of things in the pipeline on the road to WrestleMania. For some reason, WWE did not get around in announcing their Hall of Fame inductees until just recently. Now, Ric Flair is slated to appear on WWE The Bump this Wednesday to make a big announcement for this year’s Hall of Fame class.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Ric Flair’s big announcement on The Bump is likely The Great Muta. After all, Muta, or Muto’s, induction was previously reported, but it was not announced.
“Ric Flair has asked to induct Muto, or has been asked to induct Muto. A lot of people thought it would be Sting, but politically that would have been tough before, I think it would have been even tougher now.
“We do know that Muto has been asked to be in the Hall of Fame, and we do know that Flair has asked to induct him, so that seems to make sense.”
The Great Muta and Ric Flair share a lot of history. It doesn’t looks like WWE is going to be able to snag a match with the Great Muta, but they are apparently going to induct him after his emotional series of last matches.
We will have to see who else WWE inducts into the 2023 WWE Hall of Fame. Obviously, these will be important decisions as Triple H’s first class.
What’s your take on the WWE Hall of Fame induction this year? Who else would you induct? Sound off in the comments!
