The WWE’s NXT brand has always been a hub of activity, and that trend has continued even after it evolved from being a developmental territory. Although Vince McMahon had made sweeping changes before his retirement, Triple H has worked hard to restore order. However, Sarray was one of the wrestlers who fell victim to this restructuring. Now it seems Sarray has confirmed that she has indeed parted ways with WWE.
It was reported last night that Sarray is leaving NXT. She will return to Japan after a lackluster run in WWE’s NXT brand. There is a reason for her unfortunate run in NXT, as WWE fired a lot of people who were firmly behind her in the first place.
Former NXT wrestler Sarray, previously known as Sareee in Japan, has recently confirmed reports that she has parted ways with WWE. In a press conference on Instagram Live on March 13, she announced that she will now be working as a freelancer.
Sarray then took to Twitter and officially bid goodbye to WWE, thanking the company for giving her the opportunity to work there. Sarray had nothing but good things to say about her time in WWE.
No matter what some people might say, I did my best. I am so glad that I had the chance to go to WWE🙏✨ Thank you WWE Thank you Sarray Thank you WWE Universe ☀️
When Sarray first entered WWE, there was a lot of buzz and anticipation around her, but unfortunately, her time with the company did not pan out as many had hoped. Despite being tried out with a few different gimmicks, it seems that she has now decided to return to Japan.
However, at only 26 years old, Sarray still has plenty of time to make an impact in the professional wrestling industry and further develop her already impressive skills. Fans will undoubtedly be keeping a close eye on her career moving forward.
