During the post-AEW All Out media scrum, CM Punk launched a blistering attack on Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks, which resulted in a a ton of backlash and harm to his reputation within the company. The fallout from his harsh comments and subsequent backstage brawl also remains a huge topic of discussion even now. While Punk is still out of action, it seems he hinted at returning to Ring Of Honor recently.

Since the All Out event, CM Punk has been absent from wrestling due to an injury to his triceps and underwent surgery to address it. He is currently recovering from his injury and has been making good progress in that regard. Him being suspended also had a role to play in his absence.

Despite all the controversy surrounding him, there are quite a few fans who still want to see The Second City make his return to the ring in AEW and compete again.

In an Instagram story, CM Punk was seen working out at the gym with the song, “Honor Never Dies” by Hatebreed playing. Many fans felt this was a very interesting tease.

This is because fans started speculating that The Straight Edge Savior might just make his return to Ring Of Honor, which is now going in full force thanks to its weekly television show.

CM Punk and The Elite have not mended fences while he remains on the shelf after suffering a triceps injury. We will have to wait and see when Punk will return to Ring Of Honor in the future.
