WWE’s biggest show of the year will be here before fans know it. April 1st and 2nd will be a big night for WWE, and many fans can’t wait to see what the company brings to the table. That show takes a lot of planning, and they’ve had things locked in for some time now.
Ringside News exclusively reported in January that WWE has WrestleMania 39’s card locked in place. Triple H also knows the match order, but he hasn’t relayed that information down the totem pole just yet.
Drew McIntyre and Sheamus are in quite an interesting as they battle for a chance to face GUNTHER at WrestleMania. According to Sean Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, those plans for GUNTHER have been locked in since December.
Gunther’s WrestleMania plans have been solidly in place since about December. We’ve been told that by the time the world found out about the possibility of Brock Lesnar vs. Gunther, it was already off the table.
A lot of fans wanted to see GUNTHER take on Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. Obviously, GUNTHER’s dance card was already full for the show of shows this year.
GUNTHER has a huge upside to him, because Triple H could turn him into a massive Superstar. Only time will tell if they turn this IC Title match into a triple threat situation, but it certainly looks like that is a viable option.
