Jey and Jimmy Uso have made history by becoming the first tag team in WWE history to hold a championship for 600 days. The brothers’ reign as the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions reached the milestone today, cementing their place in WWE history.
The Usos won the titles back at WWE Money in the Bank 2021, where they defeated Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Since then, they have held off challenges from some of WWE’s most formidable tag teams, including the New Day, the Viking Raiders, and The Street Profits.
This latest achievement adds to the impressive record of The Usos, who became the longest-reigning WWE Tag Team Champions in company history on November 14, 2022, surpassing the record set by The New Day. They have also held the Raw Tag Team Championship since May 20, 2022, making them the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions.
The Usos have proven themselves to be a formidable force in the WWE. Their success has been paralleled by their cousin Roman Reigns who has held the WWE Universal Championship for over 900 days.
As the WWE Universe continues to follow The Usos’ journey, it remains to be seen how long their impressive reign will last. One thing is certain, however – The Usos have cemented their place in WWE history as one of the greatest tag teams of all time.
