Wardlow quickly rose to prominence in All Elite Wrestling, establishing himself as a prominent figure and amassing a significant following in a remarkably short amount of time. He even held onto the TNT Championship for an extended duration and won it again at AEW Revolution. However, things took a sour turn after the event when it was discovered that someone had stolen his TNT Title and other belongings.
At AEW Revolution, fans were treated to an intense match-up between Samoa Joe and Wardlow for the TNT Championship. The two put on a display of skill and athleticism, with Joe showcasing his experience while Wardlow impressed with his agility and immense strength.
One particularly memorable moment was when Wardlow executed a stunning dive from the top rope, flawlessly landing on his former tag team partner. Fans were on the edge of their seats throughout the entire match.
In the final moments of the bout, Wardlow turned the tables on Joe and caught him in a sleeper hold, leading to Joe eventually losing consciousness and the referee calling for the bell. This victory earned Wardlow his second TNT Championship title.
Unfortunately, his happiness did not last long. Wardlow took to his Twitter and uploaded a video, where he revealed that someone had broken into his rental car and stole his TNT Championship and other belongings.
Well thanks to the person who broke into my rental car and took absolutely everything from me. My TNT Title, my gear, my boots, my whole life were in those bags.
We are very sad to hear that such an incident happened to Wardlow and hope that the culprit will be apprehended in good time. Regardless, Wardlow will still be making it for Dynamite this week and defending the TNT Title against Will Hobbs.
