Roxanne Perez Kept Overnight In Hospital After Collapsing During WWE NXT Roadblock

WWE presented their developmental brand’s Roadblock special this week, and the NXT Superstars booked for that show brought everything they could to the table. The main event match was a dramatic affair which saw Roxanne Perez defeat Meiko Satomura, but Perez paid the price.

The two had a hard-fought battle of teacher vs student, and then Roxanne Perez pulled off the unthinkable when she won the match with a big surprise. This was not the end of the story.

After their match, Meiko Satomura raised Roxanne Perez’s hand to show her respect. Unfortunately, the beating took its toll on the champion as she collapsed from exhaustion on the map. The referee noticed that Roxanne didn’t get up and called for help, as Satmoura looked on in disbelief.

WWE NXT updated fans after the event, as they said that Roxanne Perez was taken to a hospital for observation. Then it was confirmed that she will be spending the night in the hospital.
