Powerhouse Hobbs Confronts Wardlow During AEW Revolution Media Scrum

Powerhouse Hobbs won the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match this past Wednesday on Dynamite to get a shot at the TNT Championship. Last night after AEW Revolution, Hobbs confronted his opponent, the newly-crowned TNT Champion Wardlow.

Wardlow defeated Samoa Joe for the TNT Championship last night at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view event. Mr. Mayhem submitted Joe to his own sleeper hold for the win.

Wardlow had a staring contest with Hobbs after the match. The challenger confronted the champion during the post-Revolution media scrum. Hobbs told Wardlow his days as champion will come to an end this Wednesday on Dynamite.

“I’ve got a question. I understand you’re champ, but my question to you: what are you gonna do Wednesday when I kick your a**? What are you gonna do Wednesday when you have the shortest title reign, and this becomes mine?”

Hobbs snagged the TNT title from the table and put it on himself for the media scrum attendees to see. He then placed it back and told Wardlow a new chapter will be written in the Book of Hobbs on Wednesday.
