Jeff Hardy is a true veteran in the pro wrestling world and no matter what, he will always have the support of fans. Unfortunately, Jeff Hardy’s personal demons caused him a lot of pain over the years. While his DUI case is behind him, it seems his in-ring return still has not been talked about.

Jeff Hardy made headlines for all the wrong reasons after he was arrested for driving under the influence after leaving a Florida Dave & Busters, where he had a concert that night. It simply got worse for him after that. This marked his third DUI arrest in a decade as well.

Following his arrest in June, Jeff was suspended from AEW without pay until he finished substance abuse treatment. As previously reported, Jeff Hardy’s DUI case is now officially closed. Due to this, his driver’s license is now suspended for a decade.

While speaking on the latest episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, Jeff’s brother Matt talked about Jeff’s status in AEW. Hardy revealed that there has been no talks when it came to Jeff Hardy’s in-ring return.

That hasn’t been talked about. Will it happen? Maybe. Maybe not. That isn’t something that hasn’t been talked about at all at this point and it certainly wasn’t going to be like, his court case is done, he shows back up on AEW Dynamite.”

Jeff Hardy is still a member of the AEW roster. However, he will only be able to return from suspension “upon successfully completing treatment and maintaining his sobriety.” We’ll have to see when he will be able to return.
