Jeff Hardy is a true veteran in the pro wrestling world and no matter what, he will always have the support of fans. Unfortunately, Jeff Hardy’s personal demons continue to plague his existence even now. His DUI case is far from over and now it seems he is set to undergo a pre-trial hearing in the case.

Jeff Hardy made headlines for all the wrong reasons after he was arrested for driving under the influence after leaving a Florida Dave & Busters, where he had a concert that night. It simply got worse for him after that. This was his third DUI arrest in a decade as well.

Hardy submitted a written plea of not guilty on June 28th and opted not to attend pretrial conferences. His case was scheduled for a hearing in Volusia County Court on August 17th, but the hearing was postponed. Additionally, Hardy’s legal team waived his right to a speedy trial.

According to a new report from PW Insider, Jeff Hardy is set to undergo a pre-trial hearing on February 23rd at 1:30pm. The hearing is listed as a case management conference, and Hardy is ordered to appear before the court.
