With the conclusion of Elimination Chamber, WWE will now focus on building its storylines for WrestleMania 39. The US Title is on the line as Austin Theory defends against Edge. The updated match card for the show is as follows:

• United States Championship: Austin Theory (c) vs. Edge
• Seth Rollins vs The Miz
• Mustafa Ali vs. Dolph Ziggler

WWE RAW opener:

The opening package for the show airs.

The commentators welcome the audience.

Sami Zayn’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring. He gets on the mic and says he is feeling a lot of feelings. He says the one feeling that comes out more than anything is gratitude. The ovation he received means a lot to him.

He says the other thing he is feeling is guilt after coming so close to beating Roman Reigns. He says he felt like didn’t finish the story but he realized the story is never over. He says they are entering the final chapter and it’s not just about him. He says there is one person he needs to talk to and calls out Kevin Owens.

Kevin Owens’ theme song plays and he comes to the ring. Sami says there is so much he wants to say to Kevin and he thanks him. He wants to apologize but they are past the point of words.

He says there is no coming back from what they said but Owens said there is nothing more important than taking down The Bloodline.

He says he will not rest until he sees that The Bloodline comes crumbling down. He then says they each couldn’t do it alone but they can do it together.

Owens says he doesn’t need his apology because he didn’t help Sami but he didn’t for him because his family watched him get beaten by The Bloodline. He says he is fine fighting The Bloodline by himself because he is still done with Sami.

He asks Sami to ask Jey for help to take down The Bloodline and then leaves the ring.

Baron Corbin attacks Sami Zayn from behind while he is on the entrance ramp.

*Commercial break*

Baron Corbin says Sami didn’t deserve to be in the same ring as Roman Reigns. He also said he was the last person to beat Roman Reigns. Baron says Reigns destroyed Sami in front of everyone.

He says Sami’s story is over and he embarrassed himself and his hometown because he is a complete failure. Sami charges for the ring and attacks Corbin. He sends him out of the ring.

Sami Zayn vs Baron Corbin

Zayn attacks Corbin outside the ring. Corbin fights back and attacks Zayn. Corbin with a backbreaker. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

*Commercial break*

Corbin picks up Zayn but he escapes and kicks Corbin. He then hits the elbow on Corbin. He does it again. Sami with a tornado DDT. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Corbin sent outside and Sami dives onto him. He sends him into the ring and goes for Helluva kick but Corbin counters with a clothesline. Corbin attacks Sami and hits Deep six. Cover! 1..2…kick out.

Zayn with the Helluva kick to Corbin for the win.

Winner: Sami Zayn

*Commercial break*

Rhea Ripley is interviewed backstage and she says that they have unfinished business with Edge and Beth Phoenix but she is focusing on WrestleMania. Dominik says it’s not worth talking about Beth and Edge.

When asked about Flair, Rhea says Charlotte can keep living in 2020 because she refuses to see that she is the best in WWE. She says that her place is walking out as Women’s Champion.

Rhea says they will have to wait and watch what happens on SmackDown. Dominik says he will tag along since his dad has a match on SmackDown.

Cathy Kelley interviews Austin Theory who says he is banged up but he is here because he is the champ. He says he put Seth down. What’s really bothering him is that everyone is talking John Cena is coming back to WWE. He asks for some respect. Austin says he has a US Championship match which is great because he gets to beat Edge and then he will go on to WrestleMania.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Mustafa Ali

Dolph Ziggler’s music plays and he comes to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Mustafa Ali’s music hit and he walks to the ring.

Ziggler takes down Ali. He knocks Ali down and hits the clothesline. Dolph with a neckbreaker. He goes for the superkick but Ali escapes the ring and attack Dolph who tries to bring him into the ring.

Ali with a kick to Dolph who retaliates with a DDT. Cover! 1..2…kick out. Dolph goes for fameasser but Ali counters and rolls him up for the win.

Winner: Mustafa Ali

Cathy Kelley is backstage with The Miz. Maryse hands him an anniversary gift. Miz is shocked by the gift and he says this news will be broken on Miz TV next week. He dismisses Cathy who trying to ask him about Seth Rollins.

Miz says Seth was too big for his big boots and he is glad Logan took him down and he caused Seth’s loss. He again says the gift given by Maryse is awesome.

Cody is shown walking backstage.

*Commercial break*

Cody Rhodes’ theme song plays and he walks to the ring. He gets on the mic but before he can start to say anything, he is interrupted by Heyman on the titantron who introduces himself.

Cody asks where he is. Heyman says he is backstage. After Heyman says he is backstage, Cody asks him to come out. Heyman says he was mauled by Sami Zayn. He says this weekend was a tragedy for him. He says the true tragedy of this story will befall on Cody.

Heyman says Cody can’t beat Roman Reigns. Heyman says that if Cody hypothetically beats Roman Reigns, what is life will be like? He continues to say Roman has the Wiseman. He says if he beats Reigns, he won’t have Paul Heyman with you.

He says he will have to spend 200 days a year defending the title and he will be busy promoting WWE.

Heyman Dustin said his father was never home even when he was home. He then asks if that is the sacrifice Cody is willing to do. Heyman assures Cody that is when he will find out that his WrestleMania dreams are his own personal nightmare.

Cody says Roman is great but he has seen this play before and asks him not to send Heyman again. He says Roman is without a doubt the greatest Undisputed Universal Champion but he has to finish the story by beating Reigns at WrestleMania.

Asuka vs. Nikki Cross

Asuka’s theme song plays and she makes her way to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Nikki Cross’ theme song plays and she comes running down to the ring. Bianca Belair’s music hit and she comes out to the ring.

The match begins and Nikki knocks down Asuka and attacks her. Cross with a chop to Asuka. Asuka with vicious knee strikes. Asuka drags Nikki to the apron and delivers the knee strike. Asuka goes for a kick but catches the ring post. Nikki then hits the reverse DDT.

*Commercial break*

Asuka with backhand strikes to Nikki. Asuka with a German suplex. Asuka is caught up in the apron and Nikki attacks her. Nikki climbs the top rope but is stopped. Asuka hits the DDT from the top rope. Cover! 1…2….kick out.

Both women exchange strikes. Asuka kicks Nikki in the head and goes for Asuka lock but Nikki picks her up and slams her. Asuka locks in her submission hold as she submits.

Winner: Asuka

Asuka and Bianca Belair stare down each other. Belair holds the title and points at the WrestleMania sign. Blue liquid comes out of Asuka’s mouth which scares Belair

Carmella is interviewed backstage who says she hasn’t thought about WrestleMania. But she has thought about Asuka. She says she will deliver a receipt to Asuka.

Cathey then interviews Seth who says two times Logan has ruined his WrestleMania plans. He then says the joke is on Logan. She states that he is going to find Logan Paul and hurt him. But since Logan isn’t here, he will settle for The Miz.

*Commercial break*

MVP is backstage and he calls Brock a coward for getting disqualified. Omos is with him. MVP says Omos is issuing a challenge to face Lesnar and he asks him to show up next week to accept the challenge.

The Miz vs. Seth Rollins

The Miz’s theme song plays and he comes out to the ring. Seth Rollins’ music hit and he makes his way to the ring.

The match begins and Rollins attack Miz in the corner. Miz rolls out of the ring. Seth goes after him and slams him onto the announcer’s table. He then sends Miz into the barricade before sending him into the ring.

Seth attacks Miz and sends him out of the ring. He then hits the sliding dropkick on The Miz.

Miz with a DDT. Cover! 1..2…kick out

*Commercial break*

Rollins with a rollup but no pinfall. Miz regains advantage by attacking him in the corner. Rollins fights back with a clothesline. Seth attacks Miz and hits a couple of clotheslines. Seth with a superkick and goes for the pedigree but Miz escapes.

Rollins hung on the ropes and Miz plants him. Miz goes for skull-crushing finale but Rollins escapes. Miz goes for the running knee strike. Cover! 1…2…kick out. The Miz kicks Seth. He goes for a kick to the head but he is caught and Seth punches him. He knocks him down and hits the stomp. He does it again and again and the referee stops the match.

Winner: Seth Rollins

Carmella is backstage and she is granted her match by Adam Pierce. His phone rings and it is Chelsea Green. She is complaining about being in the wrong place. Adam says he will fix and hangs up on her.

Alpha Academy is backstage and Broson Reed appears behind them. Chad says he is getting ready to model and Bronson asks him to model a body cast. Otis tells him not to speak to Gable like that.

*Commercial break*

Bayley is in the ring with Damage CTRL and she welcomes everyone to the show before insulting the audience. She then said that she decided to pick herself up and spend today with her family Damage CTRL since it’s family day in Canada.

She then says the crowd doesn’t love them like she does. She asks Dakota how it feels to be the greatest women’s tag team champion of all time. Dakota says they wouldn’t be here without her.

Becky Lynch’s theme song plays and she comes out with a mic. She says it’s been a long time since they defended the titles. Becky says she wants to take those tag team titles. Bayley asks who will team with Lynch.

Becky says there was one person she was thinking off. Lita’s theme song plays and she comes. Bayley says Lita doesn’t work here. Bayley tries to remind them of Lita and Becky’s rivalry.

Lita says they are over that and she is liking the idea of walking into WrestleMania as tag champs and challenges them to a title match. Bayley says they haven’t earned it yet. Becky lists their accolades and says it’s enough.

Lita said they should defend the titles if they are the greatest. Lita suggests they are scared. Bayley accepts. Lita and Becky take the titles from Damage CTRL. They throw the belts at Kai and SKY.

Candace is backstage and she says Johnny was pretty banged up. Nikki is backstage and she is stopped by Candace who asks why she is following her. Nikki asks her to tell her why. Nikki whispers something in her ear and ran away.

Candace says that Nikki said all her friends are gone and she is along. Candace then said that Johnny will be back.

Chad Gable vs Bronson Reed

Chad Gable’s theme song play and he comes out to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Bronson Reed’s music hit and he walks to the ring.

The match begins and Reed knocks him down. He then hits the shoulder tackle outside the ring. Reed sends Gable into the ring and attacks him. He goes for a should tackle but Gable attemps the ankle lock but Reed escapes.

Gable knocks down Reed and hits the diving headbutt. Cover! 1…kick out. Reed with a clothesline. Maxinne is at ringside. Gable with a German suplex. Cover! 1..2…kick out.

Gable calls for Otis who is distracted by Maxinne. Reed attacks Gable from behind and hits the powerslam. He then hits the tsunami for the win.

Winner: Bronson Reed

Austin Theory is getting read for his match.

*Commercial break*

Elias is in the ring and he asks Rick Boogs to take notice. He says this is the time of the year when stars are made and there is no better star than him. He asks who wants to Walk with Elias at WrestleMania.

Bobby Lashley’s music hit and he comes out. He slams Elias and then slams him into the barricade and ring post. Lashley then sends him into the ring and spears him before locking in the Hurt Lock. Lashley gets in the mic and says this weekend Brock panicked and resorted to a low blow. He says no one breaks the Hurt Lock so he will not be disrespected or he will put everyone down.

Edge is interviewed backstage and he says he is happy The Judgment Day is in the rearview and he can get back to his goals. He questions whether Austin Theory has the mental ability to last in this business.

He says that he hasn’t held a Championship in a while and he is running out of time. He says his second WWE match was in this same arena.

United States Championship Match: Austin Theory (c) vs. Edge

Austin Theory’s theme song plays and he walks to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Edge’s music hit and he makes his way to the ring.

The match begins and Edge takes him down. He drags him out of the ring and plants him on the mat. Edge with a side Russian leg sweep. Cover! 1..2..kick out.

*Commercial break*

Edge with a backdrop on Theory on the outside. He then dives onto him. Cover! 1..2…kick out. Theory fights back with a clothesline. He hits the fallaway slam. Cover! 1..2…kick out.

Theory goes to work on Edge. Theory with a dropkick on Edge. Cover! 1..2…kick out.

*Commercial break*

Theory attacks Edge. He sets Edge up on the top rope and goes for the superplex but Edge throws him off and hits a crossbody. Edge with a clothesline and a flapjack. Cover! 1..2…kick out.

Edge sends Theory to the apron and Theory use the whiplash on Edge. Theory goes for the dropkick but Edge catches him and powerbombs him. Cover! 1..2..kick out.

Edge goes for the spear but misses and Theory attempts a monkey flip. Edge lands on his feet and locks in cross-face. Theory gets to the rope.

Theory rolls him up and uses the ropes bute referee sees it. Theory attempts A-Town Down but Edge hits Edgecution. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Finn Balor comes out and kicks Edge as Theory hits A-Town Down for the win.

Winner: Austin Theory (c)

Following the match, Finn Balor attacks Edge viciously. He then hits the coup de grace. He does it two more times.
