Bayley Led Fan Chants During Mercedes Mone’s NJPW ‘Battle At The Valley’ Match

Bayley is undoubtedly one of the most beloved female stars in WWE and continues to be a highlight even now. She is always there for her friends no matter what and that includes Mercedes Mone. In fact, she was present for her match at NJPW Battle At The Valley.

Sasha Banks made a splash in NJPW when she made her debut at Wrestle Kingdom 17 as the charismatic “The CEO” Mercedes Mone. She stepped onto the stage after KAIRI successfully defended her title against Tam Nakano. The fans were overjoyed to see Banks/Mercedes in action and eagerly cheered her on, rooting for her success in NJPW.

Mercedes Mone finally challenged KAIRI for the IWGP Women’s Championship at NJPW Battle At The Valley. She ended up winning the match as well and became the new champion. She even had an old friend from WWE there to help hype the crowd,

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about Bayley being present for Mercedes Mone’s match. Meltzer noted that Bayley led the fan chants during her match.

One of my friends from Stamford sent me a picture of Bayley. Bayley was actually one of the people who was leading the cheers for the people in the stands, getting the chants going for Mercedes.

The likes of Bayley and CM Punk were present for the show to see Mercedes Mone as well. In fact, Mercedes Mone does not rule out making a return to WWE in the future. We’ll have to see what’s next for Bayley in WWE.
