Emma Defends Madcap Moss After Title Match Loss On WWE SmackDown

Madcap Loss had his first opportunity at the Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER on the latest edition of WWE SmackDown, but he failed to beat the Ring General for the title. Now, Emma is explaining why her man failed to win the big match.

Madcap Moss squared off against GUNTHER for the Intercontinental Championship on the go-home edition of the blue brand for the Elimination Chamber premium live event. GUNTHER won the match with a powerbomb.

WWE cameras caught up with Madcap Moss and Emma after the loss on SmackDown this week. Moss said he just didn’t get it done. Emma chimed in by saying he would’ve had the crowd not turning on him during the match.

“You would’ve, had the crowd not have turned on you out there. Had they not have been so loud or distracting to you in the ring. You would’ve won. You had him beat.”

Moss initially hesitated with his response. He eventually agreed with Emma, claiming that he lost the match because he was distracted due to crowd reaction. Check out the full clip here:
